Per gli studenti frequentanti il primo anno di corso sono disponibili gli esiti provvisori delle domande di Borsa di studio EDUCatt 2021/2022; ciascuno studente che ne abbia fatto richiesta può consultare la propria posizione accedendo all'area riservata MyEDUCatt.

ACCEDI ALL’AREA RISERVATA MyEDUCatt
Le borse di studio attualmente riservate agli studenti iscritti ad un primo anno di corso sono complessivamente 500: sono quindi risultati "BENEFICIARI" tutti gli studenti posizionati in graduatoria entro il 500° posto, mentre sono risultati "IDONEI NON BENEFICIARI" tutti gli studenti idonei posizionati oltre tale limite. Ricordiamo che, sia gli studenti BENEFICIARI sia quelli IDONEI NON BENEFICIARI, hanno comunque diritto all'esonero dal pagamento delle tasse universitarie alle condizioni di seguito specificate.
Gli esiti potrebbero subire variazioni a seguito del completamento degli accertamenti in corso da parte dell'Ufficio Agevolazioni Economiche, di rinunce (rif. p.to 11 "Incompatibilità - Decadenza") o per istanze di revisione accolte.
EVENTUALE PRESENTAZIONE DI ISTANZA DI REVISIONE
L'istanza deve riguardare esclusivamente errate valutazioni da parte di EDUCatt e deve essere corredata da documentazione idonea a giustificare le ragioni del richiedente. L'istanza deve essere presentata entro le ore 12.00 del giorno giovedì 13 gennaio 2022 tramite apertura di un Ticket all’interno dell’area riservata MyEDUCatt, selezionando la categoria “BORSA DI STUDIO” e la sottocategoria “Istanza di revisione PRIMI ANNI”. Invitiamo comunque gli studenti a contattare l'Ufficio Agevolazioni Economiche della rispettiva sede di riferimento per chiarire preventivamente eventuali dubbi a riguardo.
Per tutti gli studenti NON IDONEI, il presente esito è da considerarsi definitivo, qualora non sia presentata istanza di revisione entro i termini previsti.
STUDENTI "NON ISCRITTI"
Per ottenere l’idoneità alla borsa di studio, i richiedenti devono essere regolarmente iscritti in Università Cattolica all’anno accademico 2021/2022: per tale motivo, tutti gli studenti attualmente non iscritti risultano provvisoriamente negativi ai requisiti previsti dal bando di concorso.
Gli studenti che, entro i termini previsti dall’ordinamento didattico, intendano tuttora iscriversi in Università Cattolica all’anno accademico 2021/2022 devono presentare istanza di revisione secondo le modalità e i termini sopra indicati, dichiarandola la data presunta entro cui provvederanno alla effettiva iscrizione e specificando Facoltà, corso e anno di corso di iscrizione previsto per l’anno accademico 2021/2022.
In tal caso, EDUCatt provvederà nelle graduatorie definitive a valutare detti studenti secondo i dati di iscrizione dichiarati dagli stessi nell’istanza di revisione. Si precisa tuttavia che EDUCatt potrà erogare eventuali benefici relativi alla borsa di studio solo una volta verificata l’effettiva iscrizione all’anno accademico 2021/2022.
Gli studenti che, scaduti i termini previsti dall’ordinamento didattico, non risulteranno ancora iscritti all’anno accademico 2021/2022, non avranno diritto ad alcun beneficio correlato alla borsa di studio EDUCatt 2021/2022.
STUDENTI CON ESITO "IN ATTESA DI DEFINIZIONE"
Gli studenti con esito "In attesa di definizione" devono contattare entro le ore 12.00 del giorno giovedì 13 gennaio 2022 l'Ufficio Agevolazioni Economiche della rispettiva sede di riferimento per definire la propria posizione; in caso contrario tali studenti saranno considerati definitivamente "Non idonei".
Riportiamo di seguito le principali informazioni inerenti all’erogazione dei contributi in denaro e in servizi correlati alla borsa di studio. Per ogni dettaglio, è possibile consultare il bando di concorso.
INFORMAZIONI PER STUDENTI BENEFICIARI
Gli studenti beneficiari hanno diritto all'esonero dal pagamento delle tasse e contributi universitari, di un aiuto economico in denaro e di un pasto al giorno come meglio specificato dal bando di concorso.
La conferma della borsa di studio, inclusa l’erogazione della quota in denaro, è condizionata al superamento della verifica delle conoscenze minime per l’accesso ai corsi di studio senza obblighi formativi aggiunti (OFA) e all’acquisizione e verbalizzazione, entro il 10 agosto 2022, di un livello minimo di CFU. Tali crediti formativi dovranno risultare nelle certificazioni rilasciate dall’Università Cattolica.
Il livello minimo di CFU richiesto è precisamente:
- 25 crediti per gli iscritti al corso di laurea magistrale a ciclo unico di Medicina;
- 27 crediti per gli iscritti al corso di laurea magistrale a ciclo unico di Farmacia;
- 16 cfu per Scienze agrarie, alimentari e ambientali, Corso di laurea magistrale in Agricoltura sostenibile di precisione, Curricula Viticoltura ed Enologia;
- 30 crediti per gli altri corsi.
N.B.: dal numero di crediti sopra indicato, sono esclusi i crediti degli esami soprannumerari (compresi gli esami anticipati indicati come soprannumerari in piano studi), i crediti degli esami sostenuti quali integrazioni curriculari e i crediti convalidati riconosciuti allo studente derivanti da corsi di studio precedenti senza continuità del corso. Non è consentito utilizzare crediti “bonus” per il conseguimento dei livelli minimi di CFU sopra indicati.
Per la Facoltà di SCIENZE LINGUISTICHE E LETTERATURE STRANIERE e per l’Interfacoltà di SCIENZE LINGUISTICHE E LETTERATURE STRANIERE e SCIENZE POLITICHE E SOCIALI, Corso di laurea SCIENZE LINGUISTICHE PER LE RELAZIONI INTERNAZIONALI concorreranno al computo complessivo dei crediti (sia triennale che magistrale) anche quelli relativi alle due prove intermedie degli esami annuali relativi alle lingue straniere (es. LINGUA E LETTERATURA e LINGUA E LINGUISTICA per le lauree triennali), indipendentemente dalla verbalizzazione finale degli esami. Se superate, il valore dei crediti formativi sarà pari a 3 CFU per le prove orali e a 4 CFU per le prove scritte. Nel caso in cui tali esami siano già stati integralmente verbalizzati, saranno considerati i relativi crediti formativi previsti dal piano di studi, senza alcun incremento derivante dalle prove intermedie.
EDUCatt, sentita l'Università, considererà validi gli esiti dei seguenti esami verbalizzati successivamente alla data del 10 agosto 2022, purché l'esito delle medesime prove sia verbalizzato entro il 31 ottobre 2022:
- prove conclusive di tirocini obbligatori (non sono inclusi gli "stage"), dei corsi di Professioni Sanitarie della Facoltà di Medicina e Chirurgia;
- esami sostenuti all’estero entro il 10 agosto 2022, nell’ambito della partecipazione a progetti di mobilità internazionale (in questo caso grava sugli studenti interessati l’obbligo di comunicare ad EDUCatt tale condizione, in caso contrario gli esami sostenuti all’estero non saranno considerati nel computo dei CFU richiesti dal bando di concorso.
L’ammontare lordo della borsa di studio, che include un aiuto economico in denaro e la fruizione dei servizi ristorativi, è definito secondo le condizioni specificate al punto 5 del bando di concorso e varia in funzione di:
- fascia reddituale corrispondente all’ISEE per le prestazioni agevolate per il diritto allo studio universitario;
- residenza dello studente (studente in sede / pendolare / fuori sede).
Si ricorda che agli studenti ammessi e riammessi ai Collegi EDUCatt (in base al relativo bando di concorso a.a. 2021/2022 sarà applicata la tariffa corrispondente alla 3a fascia di reddito, retta C. Tali studenti non dovranno provvedere al pagamento delle rate successive alla prima, in quanto saranno detratte dalla quota di borsa di studio (ad esclusione degli studenti fuori corso, ai quali saranno inviate le restanti rate e riceveranno in via separata l’ammontare della borsa di studio).
INFORMAZIONI PER STUDENTI IDONEI NON BENEFICIARI
Anche gli studenti risultati "IDONEI NON BENEFICIARI" hanno diritto all'esonero dal pagamento delle tasse e contributi universitari, pur non ricevendo l’aiuto economico in denaro previsto dalla borsa di studio.
Successivamente alle graduatorie DEFINITIVE, e non appena sarà ufficializzato l'ammontare dei fondi destinati agli studenti dell'Università Cattolica da parte della Regione Lombardia, saranno tempestivamente informati tramite Email gli studenti che, oggi "IDONEI NON BENEFICIARI", diventeranno nel caso "BENEFICIARI".
In tale occasione sarà redatta una nuova graduatoria, conforme alle risorse economiche FINALI di Regione Lombardia; a puro titolo indicativo, tale graduatoria è stata resa nota negli scorsi anni nei mesi di giugno/luglio.
Tutti gli studenti idonei non beneficiari iscritti al primo anno potranno accedere al servizio ristorazione EDUCatt pagando il primo pasto alla tariffazione prevista per gli studenti appartenenti alla prima fascia.
Agli studenti ammessi e riammessi ai Collegi EDUCatt (in base al relativo bando di concorso a.a. 2021/2022 saranno sospese le rate dovute (ad esclusione degli studenti fuori corso), in attesa di conoscere l’esito DEFINITIVO delle borse di studio.
Una volta disponibili gli esiti DEFINITIVI, gli studenti eventualmente confermati idonei non beneficiari dovranno provvedere al pagamento delle rate del Collegio secondo la tariffa della fascia di reddito di appartenenza.
Per gli studenti che, idonei non beneficiari negli esiti DEFINITIVI risultassero beneficiari negli esiti FINALI, la borsa di studio sarà erogata detraendo l’importo di adeguamento della retta alla 3a fascia (C), oltre alla trattenuta di eventuali rate non ancora versate.
INFORMAZIONI RELATIVE ALL'ESONERO DALLE TASSE E CONTRIBUTI UNIVERSITARI (sia per BENEFICIARI sia per IDONEI NON BENEFICIARI)
Sia gli studenti risultati BENEFICIARI sia gli IDONEI NON BENEFICIARI hanno diritto all'esonero dal pagamento delle tasse e contributi universitari.
L'esonero totale dalla tassa di iscrizione e dai contributi universitari è comunque condizionato al superamento della verifica delle conoscenze minime per l’accesso ai corsi di studio senza obblighi formativi aggiunti (OFA) e all’acquisizione e verbalizzazione, entro il 10 agosto 2022, di un livello minimo di CFU. Tali crediti formativi dovranno risultare nelle certificazioni rilasciate dall’Università Cattolica.
Il livello minimo di CFU richiesto corrisponde a quello previsto per la conferma della borsa di studio per gli studenti beneficiari, precedentemente descritto.

EDUCatt Scholarship a.y. 2021/2022 – Temporary outcomes for students enrolled in the first year
The temporary outcomes of the scholarship applications for students enrolled in a first year in a.y. 2021/2022 are now available; all the students who applied can check their outcome through their MyEDUCatt area.
In order to view your outcome: first, you have to set your page in English, click on “Services academic year 2021/2022”, then on the button “Electronic file (ENG)” and select the line related to "Graduatoria Provvisoria Primi Anni Borse di Studio EDUCatt - A.A. 2021/2022" (temporary ranking of outcomes for scholarship applications by students enrolled in a first year in a.y. 2021/2022).
The guaranteed total amount of scholarships for students enrolled in a first year is 500: therefore, the students who received the outcome “Beneficiary” are those ranked within the 500th place, whereas those who received the outcome “Admissible but non-beneficiary” are the ones ranked below this position. We wish to remind that both students defined as "BENEFICIARY” and "ADMISSIBLE BUT NON-BENEFICIARY” have the right to the exemption from the university tuition fees in compliance with the conditions specified afterwards.
The outcomes could be modified after possible verifications by the Financial Support office (i.e. ufficio “Agevolazioni Economiche”), interruptions of the studies (see the Application Requirements and Regulation for the call, page 17 point 11 “Incompatibility – Loss of the right”) or acceptances of appeals.
SUBMISSIONS OF APPEALS
The submission of an appeal can only concern mistakes made by EDUCatt in the application evaluation and must be justified by proper documentation certifying the reasons for the submission of such appeal. The appeal must be submitted by Thursday 13 January 2021 at noon using the Ticket function in MyEDUCatt area, selecting the category named “BORSA DI STUDIO” and then, the sub-category “Istanza di revisione PRIMI ANNI”. However, we would kindly invite these students to contact the Financial Support office (i.e. ufficio “Agevolazioni Economiche”) of the attended campus first, in order to solve any possible doubt.
For all the students who received the outcome “Non-admissible”, the outcome is to be considered as definitive, if no appeal is submitted by the foreseen deadline.
STUDENTS WHO ARE NOT ENROLLED
In order to be assigned a scholarship, the students must be regularly enrolled in Università Cattolica for a.y. 2021/2022: due to this reason, all the students who are not currently enrolled temporarily result as negative because they don’t meet the requirements foreseen in the Application Requirements and Regulation for the call.
The students who still intend to enroll in Università Cattolica for a.y. must submit an appeal according to the modalities and by the aforementioned deadline, declaring the date by which they plan to finalize their enrollment, specifying faculty, degree course and year of enrollment foreseen for a.y. 2021/2022.
In this case, EDUCatt will evaluate such students for the temporary ranking, taking into account the information they declare in the appeal. However, EDUCatt will be able to provide them with the benefits related to the scholarship only once the actual enrollment for a.y. 2021/2022 is verified.
Those students who will not result as enrolled, once the deadline for enrolling for a.y. 2021/2022 expires, will not have right to any of the benefits related to EDUCatt scholarship for a.y. 2021/2022.
STUDENTS PENDING FOR EVALUATION
The students who had "IN ATTESA DI DEFINIZIONE " as a reason for exclusion from the rankings in the overall outcome are considered pending for evaluation. They must get in contact with the Financial Support office (i.e. ufficio “Agevolazioni Economiche”) of the attended campus by Thursday 13 January 2021 at noon to define their situation. In case they don’t do so, they will be definitively considered “Non-admissible”.
As follows, we are sharing the main information concerning the provision of services and the money contribution. For any further detail, reference can be made to the Application Requirements and Regulation for the call.
INFORMATION FOR "BENEFICIARY" STUDENTS
Beneficiary students have the right to the exemption from the payment of university tuition fees, to a money contribution and a to a meal per day, as better specified in the Regulation for the call.
The confirmation of the assigned scholarship, included the payment of the money contribution depends on the result of the so called “OFA” (meaning: the test evaluating the minimum level of knowledge requested to access the courses without additional learning requirements) and on the acquirement of a minimum level of academic credits recorded by 10 August 2022, specified as follows:
- 25 credits (CFU for students enrolled in the single-cycle degree course in Medicine;
- 27 credits (CFU) for the students enrolled in the single-cycle degree course of Pharmacy;
- 16 credits (CFU) for students enrolled in the master degree “Agricoltura sostenibile di precisione”, profile “Viticoltura ed Enologia” of Food, agricultural and environmental science;
- 30 credits (CFU) for students enrolled in any other degree courses.
N.B. Not all the subjects in a student’s curriculum can count, as to the merit-based requirement, e.g. the so-called “esami soprannumerari”, included the anticipated exams indicated as “soprannumerari” in the student’s curriculum.
The accepted academic courses can be checked in the Italian official document of the Application Requirements and Regulation for the call. It is not possible to use the “bonus credits” in order to meet the aforementioned minimum merit-based requirements. In case of doubts, the Financial Support office (i.e. ufficio “Agevolazioni Economiche”) of the attended campus is available for clarifications.
For the Faculty of “SCIENZE LINGUISTICHE E LETTERATURE STRANIERE” (Linguistic Sciences and Foreign Literatures) and the interdepartmental degree course “SCIENZE LINGUISTICHE PER LE RELAZIONI INTERNAZIONALI” (Foreign Languages for International Relations) of the Faculties “SCIENZE LINGUISTICHE” and “SCIENZE POLITICHE E SOCIALI” (Political and Social Sciences), EDUCatt will acknowledge, by convention, some credits for the language exams both in the bachelor and in the master degree, calculating them as follows: 3 academic credits (CFU) for the oral exam (“PROVA INTERMEDIA”); 4 academic credits (CFU) for the written exam (“SCRITTO - PROVA INTERMEDIA”). If the total credits related to these exams have already been recorded, no increase will be acknowledged for the separated parts.
In accordance with the university, in order to calculate the valid academic credits for the assignment of a scholarship, EDUCatt will consider the results of the following exams, even if recorded after 10 August 2022, as long as these are recorded by 31October 2022:
– the final test of a compulsory professional training (internships are excluded);
– the exams taken abroad, due to the participation in an international mobility program, by 10 August 2022 (in this case the students MUST communicate this condition to EDUCatt; otherwise, these exams will not be calculated).
The gross amount of the scholarship, including the money contribution and the food service instalment, is determined according to the conditions specified at point 5 of the Application Requirements and Regulation for the call and varies considering:
- the income range of the certification “ISEE per le prestazioni agevolate per il diritto allo studio universitario”;
- the student’s municipality of residence (local/commuting/away-from home student).
The students admitted and readmitted in EDUCatt University Residences (in compliance with the related Regulation for the call for a.y. 2021/2022, will pay the accommodation fee according to the third income range for (fee C). They will not have to proceed with the payment of the instalments following the first one, since they will be taken from the scholarship amount (except for the students enrolled in the first year “fuori corso” who will be required the payment of the following instalment and will be paid the scholarship separately).
INFORMATION FOR "ADMISSIBLE BUT NON-BENEFICIARY" STUDENTS
Also the students who received the outcome “ADMISSIBLE BUT NON-BENEFICIARY” have the right to the exemption from the payment of the university tuition fees, even if they do not receive the money contribution included in the scholarship.
Following the publication of the DEFINITIVE rankings and after the overall amount of the funding allocated for the students of Università Cattolica by Regione Lombardia, the students who have now received the outcome "ADMISSIBLE BUT NON-BENEFICIARY” will be informed in case they become "BENEFICIARY".
On that occasion, a new ranking will be published in compliance with the FINAL resources allocated by Regione Lombardia: in the last few years such ranking was published during the months of June/July.
All the admissible non-beneficiary students enrolled in a first year can access the food service paying the lowest rate, corresponding to the first income range, for the first meal of the day.
The students admitted and readmitted in EDUCatt University Residences (in compliance with the related Regulation for the call for a.y. 2021/2022, will be suspended the following instalments (except for the students enrolled as “fuori corso”) until the DEFINITIVE rankings for the scholarships are published.
Once the DEFINITIVE outcomes are published, the students confirmed as admissible but non-beneficiary will have to proceed with the payment of the accommodation fee according to their income range.
For the students who result admissible but non-beneficiary in the DEFINITIVE rankings but will then become beneficiary in the FINAL ones (information usually available in May/June) will be paid the scholarship taking the fee C for the accommodation plus other due instalments not yet paid, if any.
INFORMATION RELATED TO THE EXEMPTION FROM THE UNIVERSITY TUITION FEES (both for the students defined as BENEFICIARY and those defined as ADMISSIBLE BUT NON-BENEFICIARY)
The students who received both the outcome BENEFICIARY and ADMISSIBLE BUT NON-BENEFICIARY have the right to the exemption from the payment of the university tuition fees.
The total exemption from the enrollment fee depends on the result of the test evaluating the minimum level of knowledge requested to access the courses without additional learning requirements and on the acquirement of a minimum level of academic credits recorded by 10 August 2022. Such academic credits must be displayed in the certifications issued by Università Cattolica.
The required minimum level of academic credits corresponds to the one foreseen for the confirmation of the assigned scholarship for beneficiary students, as previously described.
In case of doubt, students can get in touch with the Financial Support office (i.e. ufficio “Agevolazioni Economiche”) of the attended campus, after having carefully read the Application Requirements and Regulation for the call.
