Self-certification for EDUCatt scholarship 2019/2020

WEB-bandi-askEdu2.jpg

Students who applied for EDUCatt scholarship for a.y. 2019/2020 and received the outcome BENEFICIARY or ADMISSIBLE BUT NON-BENEFICIARY must proceed with the self-certification of the submitted application, in order to actually be provided with the foreseen benefits (points 10 and 11 of the regulation for the call). The modalities for the self-certification are defined according to the user’s category:

  • ALREADY IDENTIFIED USERS – students who handed in the self-certification for the scholarship at EDUCatt front offices during the previous academic years;
  • NEW USERS – students who are providing the self-certification for EDUCatt scholarship for the first time.

The main difference consists in the fact that, besides filling in, signing and uploading the self-certification document, the NEW USERS must schedule an online meeting through Teams with EDUCatt clerks, in order to be identified through their currently valid identity document. The ALREADY IDENTIFIED USERS are not required to fulfil this latter step, so they can proceed with the self-certification in the dedicated section in MyEDUCatt.
For completeness, we report the instructions for each category as follows. It is very important to pay attention to the deadlines to fulfil the following steps.

NEW USERS

BY FRIDAY 22 MAY 2020, using the functions you can find among “Services – academic year 2019/20” you will have to:
1.    access the section "Bank account data entry/update” and enter or update the bank account details to be used for the provision of the economic benefits related to the scholarship application;
2.    check, print and sign the self-certification document in the section "Self-certification for EDUCatt scholarship to be printed" (area "EDUCatt Scholarships”);
3.    upload the self-certification in the section “Upload Area” in  MyEDUCatt (pdf, jpg or jpeg formats are accepted, as well as a photo of the document, provided that it is clearly readable). In this area, you also have to upload your new currently valid identity document, in case the one indicated in the scholarship online application has meanwhile expired or you don’t own it any more (e.g.: it has been lost/stolen);
4.    forward this email to the email address , confirming that you completed the previous steps, providing your icatt account (e.g.: firstname.lastname01@icatt.it) and indicating if you have any preferences (days and/or time slots) for the online meeting through the “Teams” app with a clerk from EDUCatt, in order to conclude the procedure (availability: ).

Afterwards, you will receive an invitation for the online meeting through “Teams” to your icatt account. You can take a look at the guide for the use of Teams and the modalities for the organization of the online meeting.
During the online meeting, you will have to be present yourself and cannot delegate any other person to substitute you. You will be asked to show the CURRENTLY VALID IDENTITY DOCUMENT you indicated in the online scholarship application together with the signed self-certification document.

In case you find any non-conformities among the data summed up in the self-certification document, please correct them directly with your pen in READABLE UPPERCASE letters on the printed document and indicate the correction you made in the email as of point 4. If you have any doubts, please reach out to the Financial Support office of your campus.

We would like to remind you that the economic benefits or the services related to the scholarship will be revoked in case the self-certification procedure is not completed (par. 11 of the regulation for the call). In any case, EDUCatt will not be able to provide any economic benefit (neither the tuition fees refund, nor the scholarship – if assigned) in case the self-certification is missing.

We would also like to highlight that the section "Bank account data entry/update” will always be available, in case you need to modify the previously entered data. From the moment the modification is made, it will take two working days in order to have the self-certification document updated with the new details. If you wish to, you can re-print the updated self-certification and keep it for yourself, however you will NOT have to provide EDUCatt with the new version.

ALREADY IDENTIFIED USERS
